Educational & Technical Qualifications

Education Qualification Candidates must have successfully passed the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination from a recognized board.
Computer Diplome 1.       RS-CIT course certificate from Vardhaman Mahaveer Open University, Kota.2.        "O" Level or higher certificate course from DOEACC/NIELIT.3.        COPA/DPCS certificate or a Diploma in Computer Science/Applications.4.       10+2 or Higher Degree with Computer Science as an optional subject.
Language Must possess working proficiency in Hindi written in the Devanagari script and familiarity with Rajasthani dialects

Examination Pattern & Selection Process

Group A: English Stenography Test

·         Dictation of Passage: 80 words per minute for a total duration of 6 minutes.

·         Transcription and Typing: Transcribing the dictated shorthand onto a computer terminal within 50 minutes.

·         Total Marks: 100 Marks.

Group B: Hindi Stenography Test

·         Dictation of Passage: 70 words per minute for a total duration of 6 minutes.

·         Transcription and Typing: Transcribing the shorthand layout onto a computer terminal within 50 minutes.

·         Total Marks: 100 Marks.

Group C: Compulsory Computer Test (For all candidates)
